I write about advertising and write mock advertising jingles - and as you know if you read this blog at all, I adore old advertisements and everything to do with house and home, kitchens, recipes and retro/vintage. So if you have a related product or service, why not hire me to write about it? I love writing paid posts - not just because they are paid! - but because they give me a great jumping-off place. They inspire me. Because my goal is not only to help an advertiser but to write an entertaining, informative piece about kitsch and retro everyday life - the kind of stuff people like to read and will actually enjoy. Here are a few examples of what I've done in this line:
Radio With Pictures
Aunt Lizzie's Fabulous Glasses
A Sofa Bed in the Trees
Please note that this blog had a PR5 until I bought it its own domain in November 2010. Since then, zippo. And even Google doesn't know why (I asked them very politely, recently). I have a long-established readership, loads of subscribers and Twitter followers, and - well, that's where things are now. But I always strive to write great copy, and it's always on time or early. So please drop me a line at Lidian47@gmail.com to discuss rates and terms.
